The guide 'Code for the Voluntary and Community Sector - Version for smaller organisations', aims to 'make it easy for trustees to understand the things they need to do and think about the way they need to behave to run their organisations well and fulfil their responsibilities'.

The new version is clearer, easier to use and recognises that smaller organisations will have limited resources.
