Marsden Rawsthorn advises Mechan Controls on acquisition of PJO

Marsden Rawsthorn advised Mechan Controls in its recent acquisition of Rotherham-based testing company PJO Group.

PJO works with utility companies and the deep mining industry providing calibration, testing and repair to the gas, electric and water industries. The business also manufactures and supplies mining consumables, methane extraction equipment and mining machinery.

Mechan said it had particular hopes for PJO's mining supplies business which it claimed has "superb export potential".
